These terms apply to your use of www.scalewithvish.com (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

The site is run by Elevate With Ai LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Scale with Vish is our brand for building and running AI for businesses. You can reach us at vishnu@ewiai.com.

What the site is for

The site describes our services and lets you book a free audit call. Everything on it is general information. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it doesn’t create a client relationship.

The free audit

The audit is a free call of about 45 minutes, with no obligation to buy anything. We may reschedule or decline a booking. What we share on the call is our general view, based on what you tell us. You decide what to do with it.

Our services

We provide services only under a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal or contract. That agreement sets the scope, price, responsibilities and legal terms, and it takes priority over anything on this site. Laws on automated calls, texts and call recording (in the US, for example, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state recording laws) apply to AI agents. Our agreement sets out who handles consent and compliance.

Results we mention

Figures such as “$20k saved a month by the average team” come from results our clients reported to us. They aren’t a promise. Your results depend on your business, your market and how you use the work, so they will vary. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• break any law or anyone’s rights while using the site;
• try to hack, overload or disrupt the site or the services behind it;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools to collect its content;
• send spam, malware or false information through the booking calendar or by email;
• copy our design, text or branding for your own business.

Our content

The site’s text, design, graphics, code and the Scale with Vish name and logo belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. Anything else needs our written permission.

Other services and links

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, calls run on Google Meet, and the site links to other websites. Their own terms and policies apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

No warranties

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will always be available, secure or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Work under a written agreement is covered by that agreement’s own terms instead.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, of any claims against us that result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be decided in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away any protection you have under the laws of the place where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and the new terms apply from then. If you keep using the site, you accept them.

Everything else

If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
