This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit www.scalewithvish.com or book a call with us, how we use it and the choices you have.

Who we are

Scale with Vish is run by Elevate With Ai LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at vishnu@ewiai.com.

What we collect

• When you book a call. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It asks for your name, email address, the time you pick and anything you choose to add, such as your company or a note. Cal.com passes these details to us so we can hold the call.
• On the call. Calls run on Google Meet. We may take notes on what you tell us about your business. If we’d like to record a call or use a note-taking tool, we’ll tell you first.
• When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write.
• When you browse. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. We don’t use it to identify you.

We don’t ask for sensitive information. Please don’t send us passwords, payment card details, health information or your customers’ personal records.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t set its own cookies and doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images load from our own domain. The booking calendar loads from Cal.com when you scroll near it, and Cal.com may use cookies or similar storage that the calendar needs to work. That use is covered by Cal.com’s privacy policy.

How we use it

• to schedule, prepare for and hold the audit call you asked for;
• to reply to you and follow up about your request;
• to prepare a quote and, if you hire us, to do the work under our written agreement;
• to keep the site secure and working;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to protect our rights.

We won’t add you to a newsletter without asking you first.

Legal bases for visitors in the EEA and UK

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: steps you ask us to take before a contract (booking and holding the call, preparing a quote); performing a contract (doing the work); our legitimate interests (replying to you, following up on your request, keeping the site secure); legal obligations (tax and accounting records); and your consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• service providers that help us run the business, such as Vercel (hosting), Cal.com (scheduling) and Google (email and video calls), who process it for us under their terms;
• professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when needed;
• authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property;
• a buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.

International transfers

We and our providers work in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal information from the EEA or UK, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, which our providers offer.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: while we’re talking or working together, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• object to or limit how we use it, including for marketing;
• take it to another service;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier;
• use these rights without being treated differently.

To use any of these rights, email vishnu@ewiai.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we’ll reply within the time the law requires, usually within 30 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you’re in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: the categories of information we collect are listed above, and we don’t sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, such as access controls and providers with strong security practices. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Other websites

This policy covers www.scalewithvish.com. When you follow a link to another site, such as Cal.com, Omnify or ElevateWithAI, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we’ll say so on this page.
